Just had a rack of lamb

Another day of holiday and tomorrow is my day off, isn't that wonderful.

Mei roasted a rack of lamb, from Mongolia and delicious, would prefer New Zealand lamb but they won't export enough of it here for some reason.

Maybe because it is China, or maybe New Zealand has enough money and everyone is happy back home and does need to export here.

Anyway, Mongolian lamb is a good second best.
